Do we need to pay for travel or accommodation?
  • No. We travel in our own self-contained truck. All we ask is to stay on-site during the project (if applicable). No extra fees.

How long do you stay at our park or property?
  • Typically 3–14 days, depending on project scope. That includes:

    Day 1 – Site walkthrough + setup

    Day 2 – Full content shoot

    Day 3 – Staff training + social setup

    Remaining days – Editing, lifestyle B-roll capture, scheduling

Do we need to speak on camera?
  • Not unless you want to. Most storytelling is filmed through visuals — real people, hands-on work, team interactions, and lifestyle moments. Talking clips are optional and always guided.

What if our staff don’t want to be on camera?
  • That’s totally fine. We never force anyone to “perform.” We capture authentic moments from natural interactions — your team as they are. Many people choose to join in once they see how relaxed and easy it is.

What kind of content do we get?

What happens if it rains or we’re busy?
  • We structure shooting days flexibly. If weather changes or operations get hectic, we adjust shot types (indoor/outdoor, ambient, guest content) and continue capturing what’s needed.

Do you train our team on how to keep the content going after the 13 weeks?
  • Yes. We train any team member (even non-social staff) to manage scheduling, captions, and uploads — or you can upgrade and let us run your accounts long term.

Will I need to manage a lot of work during your stay?
  • No. Aside from a quick walkthrough and access to key areas/people, we handle the entire production, editing, scheduling, and training. Your role is approvals only.

Can you also set up or improve our website or booking flow?
  • Yes. Funnels and website optimisation can be added as an upgrade — especially useful if you want to turn your new content into more direct bookings or email subscribers.
