Our Terms and Conditions were last updated on 1st January 2025 and may be altered in 2026.

Services

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Pretty Cool Marketing.

Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Email Marketing Lead Funnel

  • Funnel information revisions can be made within the 30-day revamp time frame only. Revamp's may be finished prior to the deadline date.

  • Extra services outside of the deliverables can be discussed and may incur a fee.

  • Start and end date to be established upon hiring.

  • You will receive a reply via email with a confirmation that includes the deadline date and any other required information.

  • Correspondence will be mostly via email, prompt responses are highly encouraged.

  • Regular 1:1 calls to maintain communication where applicable.

  • This is a non - refundable service

Preparation Phase:

  • Deliverables Agreement & Payment Confirmation: Confirm the scope of work and complete payment.

  • 1:1 Business Consultation: You'll receive personalised questions to answer regarding your business and an in-depth strategy.

System Setup:

  • Systeme.io Account Creation: Once Confirmed, we'll set up a free Systeme.io account to manage your email marketing

  • Domain Management: Secure and link your domain, configure DNS settings, and verify DNS status.

Brand Identity:

  • Logo Integration: Upload and incorporate your logo onto the landing pages.

  • Content Transfer: Manually transfer necessary visual content to showcase your brand.

  • Custom Branding: Develop a design that reflects your brand’s identity based on the information/content gathered.

Funnel Building:

  • Funnel Creation: Build up to 4 funnel steps including sales/order page and your services with calendly and zoom links if applicable.

  • Funnel Customisation: Edit each funnel component to ensure optimal performance and user engagement with SEO keywords in the backend of your website.

Email Marketing Setup:

  • Must have a workplace email address for this part, automating email campaigns cannot be set up without it.

  • Email Configuration: Add and configure email within Systeme.io, including DNS settings.

  • Email Marketing: Set up and test email marketing features.

  • Automated Campaigns: Create a campaign with three automated emails (Day 1, 10, 20) to drive potential customers from your free lead magnet back to your offers, if applicable.

Payment Integration:

  • Payment Processor Setup: Connect payment processors for seamless transactions.

  • Stripe & PayPal Accounts: Must be available by text for authentication code requests during the 30 days. Integrate business accounts with Stripe and paypal.

Calendly and Zoom Integration:

  • Calendly Integration: Embed Calendly widgets to enable easy scheduling of meetings and appointments directly from your website.

  • Zoom Integration: Set up Zoom integration where applicable for seamless virtual meetings and webinars.

Handover and Training:

  • Account Handover: Conduct a 1:1 call to review the new system and address any questions.

  • Training Video: Provide a comprehensive step-by-step video guide to managing your new website and tools.

Customer To Provide:

  • Email Access: Your email credentials are needed for creating and verifying accounts on Systeme.io, Stripe, and PayPal. Please share login details or temporary access for this purpose.

  • Bank Details: To facilitate seamless transactions and ensure timely payments, we require your bank details. Kindly provide your account name, BSB, and account number.

  • Paypal and Stripe Account Details: Login details required so I can connect them to your new system. I will need a code from your phone number when I do this.

  • Logo and Business Information: If not available on your website, please share your logo and any additional business offers and descriptions. This is crucial for branding and marketing purposes.

  • Target Audience Details: Please provide insights into your target audience demographics and preferences. Understanding your audience will help us tailor our strategies more effectively.

  • Existing Marketing Materials: Do you have any existing marketing materials (brochures, flyers, eBooks, courses, digital products, offers) that can be used or referenced in our virtual assistance efforts.

  • Preferred Communication Channels: Identify your preferred communication channels (email, social media, text or phone call) to ensure seamless collaboration.

Ads Management

Ads Management is only available after securing either the Visibility Flow or the Full Content Engine and clients must have an email marketing lead funnel set up to ensure optimised results.

Ad's Management is $1000 a month with a minimum ad spend budget of $1500 a month.

This service will have a price increase for all new clients in 2026.

Visibility Flow

You agree to fill out the Client Onboarding Form to the best of your abilities and provide any updates or changes in a timely matter.

The onboarding form and google drive links will be provided in your personal Visibility Flow Portal.

You can access you portal with a user name and password which will be sent to your via automated emails.

All changes to the onboarding form questions must be done on the onboarding form to inform Pretty Cool Marketing.

The first month of the Visibility Flow Campaign is for strategising, editing and scheduling. You agree to complete the onboarding form and upload raws into client google drive folder 03_Client_Assets within 7 days to prevent delays in the schedule.

Edit content will be scheduled up to 30 days on the nearest Monday after raws are provided.

You agree to a reoccurring subscription.

Once the next month subscription has began our team will begin preparing the next batch of content. This is to ensure we work in a continuous workflow and your platforms have a healthy amount of purposeful content posted. Any delays may result in algorithm disruptions.

You may cancel this service at any time however the pre edited and scheduled content will remain scheduled.

You'll have access to your files and the Content 360 login details in your Client google drive.

1. Client Onboarding 1 – 7 days 

  • Client completes onboarding form 

  • Client uploads raw content into client's google drive folder 03_Client_Assets

  • Client chooses content templates on the form

  • Client books call (weekday only)

2. Pre - Content Revisions Prep 7 – 30 days

  • PCM staff create content planner with captions: quick rhythm hook spreadsheet, static posts x2 spreadsheet with captions, captions spreadsheet for vlogs. 

  • PCM staff create a branding templates and content plan for the clients carousels and static posts.

  • PCM staff will edit content from clients Assets drive in a range of social media archetypes and as per clients onboarding guide.

  • Client meets with Shakas on either screen shared zoom or phone call

  • Shakas will provide the paid content 360 login details in the client's google drive and walk client through joining accounts 

3. Scheduling 15 - 45 days*

  • PCM staff create content planner with captions: quick rhythm hook spreadsheet, static posts spreadsheet with captions, captions spreadsheet for vlogs. 

After 2 months on the month to month Visibility Flow Campaign, Clients will have the option to join a Viability Flow Retainer program of 6months+ locking in the current 2025 monthly price with an extra weekly reel each month for the duration of the retainer as a thank you.

Full Content Engine

1. Client Onboarding 1 – 15 days 

  • Client completes onboarding form 

  • Client completes shot list form

  • Client chooses content templates on the form

  • Client books branding shoot date (weekday only)

  • Client books Zoom call with photographer + Shakas (4 days before shoot* Weekday only)

2. Pre-Shoot Prep 1 – 15 days

  • PCM staff create content planner with captions: quick rhythm hook spreadsheet, static posts x2 spreadsheet with captions, captions spreadsheet for vlogs. 

  • PCM staff create a branding reference guild from templates and content plan to present to the client

  • Client and photographer receive content planner, branding & shot list references for approval inside clients google drive accessible before the Zoom call

  • Photographer and Shakas meet with client on zoom call– Shakas 20 minutes prior to photographer joining to go over the content plan, 10 minutes with photographer & Shakas then photographer continues going through the photoshoot shot list without Shakas. 

  • Shakas will provide the paid content 360 login details in the client's google drive and walk client through joining accounts 

3. Shoot Day 1 – 15 days

  • Photographer arrives 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Captures all required content from the shot list in a sequenced and organised matter.

  • Must have battery and storage on all devices 

  • Must bring platters and positive focused energy

  • B-roll

  • Talking heads

  • Static photos

  • PCM talking head reviews

  • Behind the scenes



4. Post-Shoot Delivery before Day 18 

  • Photographer uploads all content to shared drive within 3 days post shoot.

  • Folders clearly labelled:

  • Completes post branding shoot case notes 

  • B-roll

  • Talking Heads

  • Static Photos

  • PCM Talking Head Reviews

  • Behind the scenes

5. Content Creation & Scheduling Complete within 30 Days*

  • PCM staff complete carousel templates/spreadsheets with client’s images

  • PCM staff edit reels in required archetypes/ pillars 

  • PCM team schedules first 13 weeks of content to start on Day 30 (or the closest Monday) from onboarding/ branding shoot.

  • PCM team includes captions/hashtags, scheduled for all appropriate platforms with collaboration tags on all clients’ video content. 

  • PCM staff complete extra PCM content and schedules with client as collaborator, in which the client can choose to accept request or not.

Pretty Cool Marketing reserves the right to alter this calendar depending on when client submits their onboarding form responses, their shot form responses and completes their branding shoot.

A rough timeline will be discussed via zoom or call.

Once the 13 weeks worth of content is scheduled, this branding campaign and Pretty Cool Marketing Support/services ceases. Client will be provided appropriate links to upgrade or downgrade their next package if they wish.

The Social Set Up

By booking a Travelling Creator collaboration with Pretty Cool Marketing (“PCM”), you agree to the following terms:

  • Booking & Scheduling

    • All shoots are booked subject to travel availability and confirmed upon receipt of your completed onboarding and shot list forms.

    • Shoots occur on weekdays only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    • PCM reserves the right to adjust shoot dates in alignment with our travel route or weather conditions.

  • Accommodation & Onsite Stay

    • Client agrees to provide onsite accommodation and parking for one truck (2 adults/2 children) for the duration of the project (typically 7–14 days).

    • PCM will film and work onsite during this time, capturing ongoing content beyond the scheduled shoot day.

  • Shoot Day & Deliverables

    • One full shoot day (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) and one staff setup/training day are included.

    • Deliverables include 13 weeks (approx. 91 posts) of branded content, edited and scheduled to the client’s connected platforms.

    • Content is created from the approved shot list and creative plan.

    • Extra UGC content filmed during onsite stay will be provided via a google link and/or scheduled on @prettycoolmarketing_ @shakasdesigner or @billowbeach with your business as a collaboration.

  • Participation & Staff Comfort

    • Staff participation in filming is voluntary.

    • If individuals prefer not to appear on camera, alternative footage will be captured instead.

  • Ownership & Usage

    • The client receives full commercial usage rights for all edited content delivered.

    • Raw, unedited files remain the property of Pretty Cool Marketing unless otherwise agreed.

    • PCM retains the right to use select footage for portfolio or promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

  • Payment & Exchanges

    • Collaborations may include accommodation-based exchanges or paid campaign fees depending on location and scope.

    • All costs or inclusions are confirmed in writing prior to project commencement.

  • Delivery & Support

    • Edited content is delivered within 30 days of the shoot.

    • Once 13 weeks of scheduled content have been delivered, the included service period concludes.

    • Clients may upgrade to ongoing management packages if desired.

  • Liability

    • PCM takes all reasonable care in capturing and editing content but is not liable for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, staff absences, or technical issues).

    • By participating, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms.

Photoshoot Guidelines

Rough Shot List and Run sheet provided to all staff and clients 

(Capturing 13 Weeks = ~91 posts for the Full Content Engine Campaign Only)

Most branding shoots overshoot photos and under-capture b-roll/talking heads. This framework prevents that by ensuring every posting slot Mon–Sun is pre-fuelled.


8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with breaks, outfit changes, signage, BTS, and team shots)

8:30 – 9:00 AM | Arrival + Setup 

  • Build rep, walk the property, explore onsite shoot locations.

  • Film and shoot as you explore

  • Keep lightening, BTS and storytelling in mind from start to finish. 

  • 🎬 B-roll: 5–6 clips (arriving, walking in, signage close-ups, team arriving).

  • 📸 Statics: 5 warm-up photos with property branding/signage.

  • 🎥 Experiential: check-in sequence filmed (handshake, desk, signing forms).

9:00 – 10:30 AM | Outfit 1 (Professional / Educational)

  • Follow the personalised scripts and shot list provided

  • Film and shoot in all angles in each outfit location 

  • 🎥 Talking Heads: 4 x 1-min scripts (pre provided)

  • 📸 Statics: 15–20 photos (desk setup, signage, working shots, product in use).

  • 🎬 B-roll: 8–10 clips (tools, signage details, staff working).

  • 🎥 Transformative Clip #1: 2–3 clips of a clear “before/after moment” (make relevant to the client and interesting for their target audience)

10:30 – 12:00 PM | Outfit 2 (Casual / Relatable Founder)

  • 🎥 Talking Heads: 4 x 1-min scripts (pain points, founder “real talk”).

  • 📸 Statics: 15–20 lifestyle shots (coffee, relaxed chat, candid work).

  • 🎬 B-roll: 8–10 clips (movement through space, hands on products, customer interaction).

  • 🎥 Transformative Clip #2: 2–3 clips of a “helping moment” (e.g., trainer assisting, farmer helping pick strawberries).



12:00 – 12:30 PM | Lunch + Reset

  • 📸 Team statics: 5–10 fun/BTS photos (crew at break, candid laughs, selfie or timer with photographer on shoot).

  • 🎬 B-roll: 3–4 casual clips of team at lunch/reset.

  • 🎥 Capture 2 client talking head feedback/review/quotes for PCM and photographer (“we are having the best day on our branding shoot and can’t wait to have 12 weeks of purposeful content edited and scheduled”)

12:30 – 2:00 PM | Outfit 3 (Creative / Bold Hooks)

  • 🎥 Talking Heads: 4 x 1-min scripts (myths, bold truths, disruptive messages).

  • 📸 Statics: 15–20 creative shots (power poses, strong angles, outdoor).

  • 🎬 B-roll: 10–12 clips (wide angles of space, product in action, people experiencing service).

  • 🎥 Overlay B-roll Sequence: 4–5 clips of a customer journey in progress (start → action → end).

2:00 – 3:30 PM | Outfit 4 (Empowerment / Motivational)

  • 🎥 Talking Heads: 3 x 1-min scripts (visionary, motivational).

  • 📸 Statics: 15–20 empowerment shots (bold poses, team group, eye contact).

  • 🎬 B-roll: 10 clips (slow pans, hand gestures, candid interactions).

  • 📸 Team Content: 5–10 group photos (walking together, laughing, behind-the-scenes).

3:30 – 4:30 PM | Experiential Capture (Property Storyline)

🎬 5–7 clips per stage (≈25 total):

  • Entering property (outside to inside)

  • Signing in (desk, forms, handshake)

  • Experiencing product/service (in action)

  • Transformation (before/after visual, side-by-side if possible)

  • Celebration (happy client/staff moment, laugh, smile, end shot)

  • 📸 Statics: 10 supporting photos during experiential flow.

  • 🎬 BTS Content: 5–6 clips of photographer, camera crew, clients on set.

4:30 – 5:00 PM | Wrap up

  • 📸 Carousels: 5–10 strong cover photos (pointing, crossed arms, candid brand lifestyle).

  • 📸 Final Team Photo: 2 strong group shots in front of signage/property different angles.

  • 🎬 B-roll: 5–6 clips of closing down/leaving property 

  • 🎥 Capture 2 client talking head feedback/review short quotes for PCM and photographer

Final Content Totals (From 1 Shoot Day)

  • Talking Heads: 15 x 1-min clips (vlog + hooks)

  • Photos (statics + covers): 110 (includes 26 Minimum for carousels)

  • Quick Rhythm B-roll (Mon): 35 storytelling clips 

  • Transformative B-roll (Fri): 20 purposeful transformative clips

  • Overlay / Experiential B-roll: 20–25 clips

  • Total B-roll: 60+ purposeful clips

  • Extras: 10–15 BTS & team content (photos + clips) + 4 talking head reviews/quotes under 30seconds for PCM.

In one shoot day we need to walk away with:

  • 15 talking heads

  • 110 photos

  • 80+ b-roll clips (storytelling + transformations)

  • 4 talking head review/quotes under 30 seconds

A personalised shotlist/runsheet will be created based off clients photoshoot form.

Any delays on the day will be at the risk of the client. Pretty Cool Marketing's team will be their to guide clients comforts throughout the day.

Clients agree to work with the photographer on set to get the most optimised results on the day, including bring positive energies into the partnership.

This run sheet/shot list ensure's all content will be captured. There will not be a redo of the branding shoot day unless cancelled by Pretty Cool Marketing.
