Week 1 Onboarding – What We Need From You

To get started and keep your content running smoothly, please submit the following during Week 1:

Upload either long raw footage (MP4/MOV) or short-form vertical clips for reel creation.

📸 Story Photos
High-quality, lifestyle or behind-the-scenes images for use in Instagram Stories.

🔐 Platform Access
Grant admin access to your Facebook Business Page and connect your Instagram through Meta Business Suite.

🗓️ Key Business Info
Let us know about any upcoming launches, promos, events, or must-share updates.

📁 Upload to Drive
You’ll receive a private Google Drive folder link to keep everything organised and easy to access.

Note: Submissions received after Week 1 may delay publishing. Early is best so we can batch, schedule, and launch on time.

  • Any urgent messaging (sales, launches, reminders) can be posted via Stories on your behalf

  • New content added to your Drive? Just let us know these will take at least 3–5 business days to appear in your queue

    This is when production begins. We start editing, batching, and scheduling your first round of content. By batching upfront, we’re able to maintain consistency, train the algorithm, and ensure you never fall behind.

  • 💡 Why we batch: Batching allows us to schedule weeks of content in advance, giving you peace of mind and freeing up your time.

  • 💳 Missed Payments

    If a payment is missed, all content creation and publishing will pause immediately until the issue is resolved. Your schedule will be adjusted accordingly, and delayed slots may not be recoverable.

  • 📅 6-Month Retainers (Best Value)

    Lock in consistency and visibility with a 6-month contract. You’ll receive nearly 8 months’ worth of content thanks to our batching system, for the price of 6.
