How does the Visibility Flow work once I sign up?

Once you enrol, you’ll receive a welcome email with your private onboarding link. Inside, you’ll:

  • Complete your brand intake form (tone, visuals, audience, goals)

  • Upload your existing footage and images into a structured Google Drive folder

  • Book your content approval call so we can confirm your plan and start batching immediately

From there, we edit, write, brand, and schedule your content 13 week in advance.

Your visibility system activates automatically once content is approved.

What if I don’t have much content to start with?
  • No problem - we guide you through it.

    You’ll receive a personalised Content Prompt Guide showing exactly what simple clips and photos you (or your staff) can film on your phone.

  • If you’d like fresh, professionally shot content, you can upgrade to our on-site branding shoot + full content engine.

How will we communicate during the process?

All communication runs through your client dashboard, including:

  • Your organised Google Drive folder

  • Content approvals

  • Upload instructions

You’ll also have email support and optional phone calls whenever needed.
