Accessing or using the Site in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
1. Services Covered
These Terms apply to all services offered by Pretty Cool Marketing (“PCM”, “we”, “us”), including but not limited to:
Travelling Content Creator / The Social Set Up
Full Content Engine (13–26 week campaigns)
Visibility Flow (social media management)
Email Marketing Lead Funnel builds
Website Funnel Revamps (Systeme.io)
Operations & Course Embedding Add-ons
Ads Management services
Any future packages or offers referenced on our sales pages
2. General Service Terms
2.1 Non-Refundable Services
All PCM services are non-refundable.
This includes deposits, payment plans, and pay-in-full bookings. Once you have secured a service and work has commenced (including strategy, onboarding, or planning), no refunds will be issued.
2.2 Start & End Dates
Start and end dates are confirmed via email once your booking is accepted.
You will receive a written confirmation including a deadline date and any required steps or forms.
Project timelines depend on you completing the onboarding forms and providing information within the required timeframes.
2.3 Communication
Primary communication is via email and your designated client portals (e.g. Google Drive, Content360, Systeme).
Prompt responses are essential to avoid delays.
1:1 calls (Zoom or phone) will be scheduled where applicable to maintain clear communications.
3. Client Responsibilities (All Services)
To deliver your project smoothly, you agree to:
Fill out all onboarding forms accurately and on time
Provide logo, branding, offers, and business information where requested
Supply any existing marketing materials, including photos, videos, eBooks, offers, course materials, etc. as needed
Indicate your preferred communication channels (email, social, text, or phone)
Provide timely feedback and approvals on strategy, shot lists, funnels, or content plans
Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay your project; PCM is not liable for delays caused by late responses or missing information.
4. Access, Logins & Financial Details
For some services, you will be asked to provide:
Login or temporary access to:
Stripe
PayPal
Social media platforms
Bank details (account name, BSB, account number) for payment routing within Stripe/PayPal
Verification codes sent to your phone for secure platform logins
You agree to:
Provide access securely and only for the duration of the build
Revoke or update credentials after project completion if you wish
Turn authentications off after completion if you wish
PCM will use your details solely for the purpose of setting up and connecting your systems as agreed.
5. Email Marketing Lead Funnel – Service Terms
Service: setting up an email lead funnel and basic automation inside Systeme.io.
5.1 Deliverables
Preparation Phase
Deliverables agreement and payment confirmation
1:1 business consultation + personalised strategy questions
System Setup
Systeme.io account creation (or setup using existing account)
Domain linking and DNS configuration
Email configuration and verification
Brand Identity & Funnel Build
Logo and branding integrated into landing pages
Manual content transfer (as required)
Custom design based on your brand
Up to 4 funnel steps, including:
Opt-in / lead magnet page
Sales or offer page
Order/checkout page
Thank you / confirmation page
Calendly & Zoom links embedded where applicable
SEO keyword setup in backend where applicable
Email Marketing Setup
Workplace email address required (automations cannot be set up without it)
Set up and testing of email marketing features
Creation of 3 automated emails (Day 1, 10, 20) to drive leads from your free resource back to your offers
Payment Integration
Stripe & PayPal set up and connected (you must be available to provide auth codes)
Handover & Training
1:1 handover call to review the system and answer questions
Training video with step-by-step instructions
5.2 Revisions & Timeline
Funnel changes and revisions are included during the 30-day revamp window only.
Revamps may be completed earlier than the deadline.
Any extra work outside the agreed deliverables may incur additional fees.
6. Website Funnels / Full Revamp – Service Terms
Service: building or revamping multi-step website funnels in Systeme.io.
6.1 Deliverables
Preparation Phase
Agreement & payment confirmation
1:1 business consultation + detailed questionnaire
Custom website plan: funnel structure, landing page breakdowns, notes for each page
System Setup
Systeme.io account creation (if needed)
Domain linking & DNS
Branded design based on your identity
Funnel Building
Up to 9 funnel steps, including:
Sales pages
Order/checkout
Thank you pages
Optional lead magnets, booking pages, etc.
SEO setup for page titles, meta, and basic structure
Email & Automation
Workplace email address required for automations
Email configuration and DNS
Newsletter/freebie setup
Automated email campaign of 3 emails (Day 1, 10, 20)
Payments, Scheduling & Calls
Stripe & PayPal integration (you must be available for codes)
Calendly & Zoom embedded where applicable
Handover & Training
1:1 walkthrough call
Training video for ongoing management
6.2 Revisions & Conditions
Website content changes may be made during the 30-day revamp window only.
Extra services outside the original scope may incur additional fees (minimum 8-hour hire).
All services are non-refundable.
7. Add-Ons
Will incur a fee and are subject to availability.
8. Ads Management – Service Terms
Ads Management is only available when you already have:
Visibility Flow or Full Content Engine AND
An email marketing lead funnel set up
Standard fee: $1,000/month +recommended minimum $1,500/month ad spend
Future price increases may apply for new clients.
You remain responsible for your ad spend budgets; PCM manages the creative, structure, and optimisation as outlined in your proposal.
9. Visibility Flow – Service Terms
Service: ongoing editing, captioning, and scheduling of content using client-supplied footage and photos.
9.1 Onboarding & Portal
You agree to complete the Visibility Flow Onboarding Form accurately.
You will receive access to your Visibility Flow Portal with:
Onboarding form
Google Drive links
Content360 information
Your login details will be provided via email.
All changes to strategy, tone, or preferences must be made via the onboarding form or updated in writing.
9.2 Timelines & Process
Stage 1 – Client Onboarding (Days 1–7)
Client completes onboarding form
Client uploads raw content into 03_Client_Assets Google Drive folder
Client chooses content templates
Client books a call (weekdays only)
Stage 2 – Content Planning & Creation (Days 7–30)
PCM will:
Create content planners with captions (quick rhythm hooks, static posts, reels, vlogs)
Design carousel and static templates in your branding
Edit content in a range of social media archetypes as per your onboarding guide
Meet with you via Zoom/phone to refine strategy
Provide Content360 login details and guide you through account connections
Stage 3 – Scheduling (Days 15–45)
PCM will:
Finalise content planners with captions
Schedule posts (reels, carousels, static content) across agreed platforms
After 2 months on the month-to-month plan, you may opt into a Visibility Flow Retainer (6+ months) with locked-in pricing and an extra reel each week as a bonus.
9.3 Subscription & Cancellation
Visibility Flow operates as a recurring subscription.
Once a new subscription cycle begins, PCM will begin preparing the next batch of content.
You may cancel at any time, but pre-edited and scheduled content will remain scheduled.
You will retain access to your files and Content360 login, stored in your Client Google Drive.
10. Full Content Engine – Service Terms
Service: branding shoot + 13 or 26 weeks of fully created and scheduled content.
10.1 Process & Stages
Stage 1 – Client Onboarding (Days 1–15)
Complete onboarding form
Complete shot-list form
Choose content templates
Book branding shoot date (weekdays only)
Book Zoom call with Shakas (approx. 4 days before shoot)
Stage 2 – Pre-Shoot Prep (Days 1–15)
PCM will:
Create content planners with captions (hooks, statics, vlogs)
Create branding reference guide and templates
Share planner, branding and shot list in your Google Drive
Host Zoom call to finalise plan
Stage 3 – Shoot Day
Photographer arrives approximately 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Capture B-roll, talking heads, static photos, behind-the-scenes and experiential content according to shot list
Client agrees to collaborate positively and follow the run sheet to maximise results
Stage 4 – Post-Shoot Delivery (Before Day 18)
Photographer uploads all content to shared drive within 3 days
Folders labelled clearly (B-roll, Talking Heads, Static Photos, PCM Reviews, BTS)
Stage 5 – Content Creation & Scheduling (By Day 30)
PCM will:
Create carousel templates with your images
Edit reels in the required archetypes
Schedule 13 weeks of content (approx. 91 posts) to begin on or around Day 30 (typically the closest Monday)
Add captions, hashtags, platforms, and collaboration tags as applicable
PCM reserves the right to adjust this calendar based on when you submit onboarding forms, shot lists and complete your shoot.
Once the 13 weeks are scheduled, that Full Content Engine campaign and associated PCM support ceases, unless you upgrade or extend.
11. Travelling Content Creator – Service Terms
By booking the Travelling Creator for the Content engine campaign, you agree to the following in addition to all other terms.
11.1 Booking & Scheduling
All shoots are booked subject to travel availability and confirmed once:
Onboarding & shot list forms are submitted
Deposit or payment is received
Shoots occur on weekdays only unless agreed otherwise in writing.
PCM may adjust shoot dates in line with travel routes or weather conditions.
11.2 Accommodation & Onsite Stay
Client agrees to provide onsite parking and accommodation access for one truck (2 adults, 2 children) for the duration of the project (typically 7–14 days).
PCM will film and work onsite during this time, capturing ongoing B-roll and lifestyle content beyond the core shoot day.
11.3 Shoot Day & Deliverables
One full shoot day (approx. 8:30 AM–5:00 PM) and one staff setup/training day are included, unless otherwise stated.
Deliverables:
13 weeks of content (approx. 91 posts)
Content edited and scheduled to connected platforms
Staff training and workflow handover
Extra UGC content captured during the stay may also be used on PCM’s channels (e.g. @prettycoolmarketing_, @shakasdesigner, @billowbeach) with your business as collaborator.
11.4 Participation & Staff Comfort
Staff participation in filming is voluntary.
If someone prefers not to appear on camera, alternative footage will be captured.
The goal is authentic storytelling — not forced performance.
11.5 Ownership & Usage
You receive full commercial usage rights for all edited content.
Raw, unedited files remain the property of PCM unless otherwise agreed.
PCM may use select footage for portfolio or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
11.6 Delivery & Service End
Edited content will be delivered and scheduled within approximately 30 days post-shoot.
Once the agreed weeks of content (e.g. 13 weeks) are scheduled, the included service period ends.
You may upgrade to ongoing management or retainer packages if you choose.
11.7 Liability (Travelling Creator)
PCM will take reasonable care with all filming and editing but is not liable for:
Weather impacts
Staff absences
Technical failures outside our control
Changes to platform policies or performance
12. Photoshoot Guidelines & Run Sheet (Reference)
For Travelling Creator campaigns, a personalised shot list is created from your photoshoot form.
A typical full-day shoot guideline (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) includes:
Arrival & setup, property walk-through, BTS
Multiple outfits (professional, casual, bold, empowerment)
Talking head clips (approx. 15 x 1-minute videos)
110+ static photos for carousels and branding shots
80+ purposeful B-roll clips (storytelling, transformations, experiential)
4+ short client testimonial/quote clips
Team photos, signage, location storytelling
Any significant delays or lack of cooperation on shoot day may impact how much can be captured. There is no automatic “redo” shoot unless cancelled by PCM.
13. Limitation of Liability
Pretty Cool Marketing is not liable for:
Platform outages or disconnections (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Systeme io, Content 360, etc.)
Changes to algorithms or reach
Loss of revenue, bookings or business results
Delays caused by incomplete onboarding or client unresponsiveness
Force majeure events (e.g. extreme weather, accidents, illness, natural disasters)
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service concerned.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the current version.
Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Queensland
